Urgent Cause
Raising Funds For Veterans And Families
The 2020 Ohio State Census Bureau has over 450,000 Veterans that are homeowners. 30% of them suffer from a disability. Many people believe if you are a Veteran your Health Care is paid 100%. That is not true, unless your injuries or illnesses are rated 100% service connected or the Veteran completed 20 years of service and retired with a Honorable Discharge. This leaves many Veterans and Families who sacrifice their lives to pay portion or all their medical bills. FFVHS is trying to bring awareness to the community that not every Veteran is receiving 100% support from the VA and the families need help closing the gap.

Homebound Nutrition
TANF-qualified veterans and disabled families
Complete nutritional food boxes delivered twice per month
Must submit online enrollment request
Case Management Services
In-home VA claims assistance (Not a Certified VSO)
Connect families with local community services.
Registration is required before receiving services
Light Home Improvement
Provide light housekeeping, and internal residential painting
Provide lawn care (mowing, pulling weeds)
Provide light home improvement and repairs
